The SF 200 C Series Marine Engine SuperFlusher is the most Advanced Outboard Anti-Corrosion Technology in the World.  PERIOD.

The SUPERFLUSH SF-200’S advanced technology is able to do what no other outboard engine flushing system can! Its’ multi-point injection and hydra pulsing technology blasts salt and build up out of difficult to reach engine components that other systems just can’t reach.

Conventional flushports are simply a connection into the mid-section adapter housing on an outboard.  Specifically that is the union  between the power head and the lower unit.  Water follows the path of least resistance so most of it immediately runs out the bottom. None of it gets past the thermostats.

The SF-200 uses two injection points connected to the top of the power head’s water jackets. Using a reverse flush scenario, it fills from both sides of the thermostat.  (The water jacket side and the central drain side)

Because of this, 100% of the water is available before it reaches the engine drain points.  When it is filled, the dramatic shock pulses (around 7000 per minute) blast salt out of blind cavities, gasket interfaces (highest failure point), irregular casting, and high angle transitions…areas no other technology can even reach.

EASY TO USE.  JUST CONNECT DOCK  HOSE!

This easily installed product is even easier to use: Just connect a water hose to the EZ Flush connection and flush for 5  minutes, in or out of the water without running the engines!

SPECIAL OPERATIONS TEST & EVALUATION AT FT. BRAGG!  PROOF POSITIVE!!!

These two engines were part of a long term test conducted by U.S. Special Operations Command over a 3 year period.

The engine on the left used the factory flush port and is ready for the junk pile.  The engine shown to the right used advanced SuperFlush Technology and is still in service years later!

My late model outboard has a Flushport on the engine. Why should I purchase a SuperFlush?

Flushports access the outboard cooling system via one port of entry only. Its effectiveness is limited in several ways. Because of the single point of entry it attempts to force water in several directions resulting in parts of the system getting very little water. With the water entering at the mid-section of the engine an air bubble is formed in the upper portions of the cooling system. No water reaches this area with the flush port. The thermostats on engines with flushports are designed to limit water flow and this results to poorly flushed engines. It is critical that the heads, water jacket covers and all gasket interface areas receive adequate water volume when flushing. Conversely, with the SuperFlush's pulsating action and multi-port entry, the entire cooling system and cooling subsystems are flushed. You can utilize the flushport engine flushing system regularly and still encounter salt corrosion buildup. The SuperFlush pressurizes water into every cavity of the cooling system and shocks the salt and mineral build up out with a hydrostatic pulse, and is a far superior technology. Additionally the Chemical Products line is a key element in engine longevity. Periodic use can greatly extend an engines life cycle and greatly reduce maintenance requirements.

In addition, accessibility can pose a problem with the Flush port system when attempting to flush the engine while on the water or on a lift. SuperFlush solves both of these problems.
